Blending tech and design into a unified vision. In 2019, after Offset merged with Figure, I was tasked with shaping the website to reflect the unified identity, balancing design and technology. Collaborating with the Chief Creative Officer and teams, we created a narrative that emphasized how design and e-commerce innovation worked better together, highlighting both equally to align with Offset’s mission.

Balancing act

A key challenge was striking the right balance between the company’s two pillars: technology and design. In the early stages, we experimented with different approaches, adjusting the emphasis on each to find the right direction. Ultimately, we landed on a strategy that gave equal weight to both, while clearly communicating why their synergy made the brand stronger.
